ZENFUL LUNCH SERIES
Start off your weekend in a relaxed state of mind! Come and enjoy a Zenful Lunch: a 30-minute guided meditation through gentle and basic asanas (postures), stretching, breath work and a calm environment for one to fully experience the splendor of the self- mind, body and spirit. A light, healthful lunch will follow. No experience required. Loose-fitting attire is preferred. Bring a mat.
TRIBAL BELLY DANCE
A fabulous fusion of Indian, Romani, Spanish, Egyptian, Hungarian and Turkish folk dances to polyrhythmic sounds from around the globe. Truly a celebration of life!

GUIDED MEDITATION AND BREATH WORK
Be guided through a seated meditation and breath work practice to relieve physical and emotional stress. Learn to apply focused intention to attain complete relaxation. Bring a mat.
ZENFUL DANCE
